•A 50% non-refundable payment is required to confirm and begin processing your order.

•The remaining balance must be paid before order completion or delivery.

•Orders will not be processed until the initial payment is received.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

•All abayas are made to order and crafted specifically for each client.

•Due to the nature of custom and tailored garments, returns and refunds are not accepted.

 

Alterations Policy

•We offer alterations only, subject to feasibility and design limitations.

•Alteration requests must be communicated within a reasonable time after receiving the item.

•Additional charges may apply depending on the requested alteration.

 

Pricing & Availability

•All prices are listed in QAR and may be subject to change without prior notice.

•We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
